How long does shipping take?
As everything is handmade by me, most products being made to order it can take up to 7 working days before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
If you have selected Tracked Shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. Any order over £50 will receive free tracked delivery.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return your item, you can post it to the return address written on the shipping label within 14 days of purchase. The item MUST be returned in its original condition and packaging it came in.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your returned item has arrived back to us, you should expect to have your return processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, an exchange is possible as long as the item is not faulty, and is being exchanged for a product of the same value. The item must be returned in the original condition with the packaging it came in.
If you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days from the day of your order to contact us.

Import Duties and Tax
~Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to
be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country and
we strongly advise you check your country’s policies before purchasing.
~Please note that countries within the European Union now require you to
pay a destination tax ie. your countries tax rate (20%, 15%) of your
purchase.
~If you do not pay duties and tax upon arrival the item(s) will be returned to us. We will not refund any additional postage costs. Customers will be required to repay for postage if items are returned to us and are
required to be reshipped back to you.
Care Guide
All products should be cleaned carefully, in order to stop any deterioration of elastic and fabric colour in products.
It is recommended to wash your item by hand in cold water with a mild detergent - or machine wash inside out on a delicate cycle. Allow it to air dry.

Payment Methods
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards - you can also use PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna or Google Pay to pay for your order.
Gifting Items
If you’d like to send a gift to someone, you can use their address for delivery when you’re checking out. Don’t worry, there will be no prices included in the parcel!
If you would like a personalised handwritten note to be added, you can write in the order notes that the order is a gift, followed by what you'd like written.
